“It was only along the way that we realised our newfound philosophy. With technological advances, the Private Security industry is moving at a rapid pace. Older workers struggle with being left behind in the job market, especially in this sector which highly piques them,” shared Mr Neo.
Since 2013, Mr Neo Yeo Choon & Mr Roger Foo - with 44 years of management in SAF and 20 years of work experience in security manpower services - ventured into their first security company together. They built Resilient Secure Consultancy (RSC), forming a strong management team with the combined 20 years of work experience in the Private Security Services industry.
